- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 Brown Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Add olive oil, sliced brown onion and chopped garlic to a pan and Sautee until soft.
- Add frozen peas and cook with onion and garlic for a few minutes (stirring).
- Add the onion, garlic and peas to a food processor with butter, salt and pepper, and blend until smooth.
- This pairs beautifully with roast lamb and roasted potatoes!
