Pea Puree’


  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 Brown Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt and Pepper



  • Add olive oil, sliced brown onion and chopped garlic to a pan and Sautee until soft.
  • Add frozen peas and cook with onion and garlic for a few minutes (stirring).
  • Add the onion, garlic and peas to a food processor with butter, salt and pepper, and blend until smooth.
  • This pairs beautifully with roast lamb and roasted potatoes!
