Recipe – Asian Style Pumpkin

Ingredients

  • Kent Pumpkin
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • Fresh chilli & coriander

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180*C
  2. Cut pumpkin into wedges.
  3. Mix together soy, oil and garlic.
  4. Add pumpkin and combined ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
  5. Add pumpkin to a baking tray, and bake in oven for 30-45 minutes, turning once.
  6. Add fresh chilli and coriander to serve.
