Ingredients
- Kent Pumpkin
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- Fresh chilli & coriander
Method
- Preheat oven to 180*C
- Cut pumpkin into wedges.
- Mix together soy, oil and garlic.
- Add pumpkin and combined ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
- Add pumpkin to a baking tray, and bake in oven for 30-45 minutes, turning once.
- Add fresh chilli and coriander to serve.
